Rosie studied Theology at Durham University and trained to be a teacher at The Institute of Education in London. After working as a Head of RE in Hertfordshire, she returned to the Institute to undertake a Masters in Education, with a focus on Race in Education. Rosie leads the PGCE and NQT Induction provision for new teachers, as well as teaching TPR. She is married to David and they have two daughters, Meredith and Poppy.
