Teaching and Pastoral

Tom first started teaching at Summer Fields in 1999 as a postgraduate volunteer, before taking up a full-time post in 2000. He read French Literature and Linguistics at New College, Oxford, where he was also a choral scholar. As a singer he toured professionally for many years throughout Europe, Japan and the USA, often appearing as a soloist. A keen traveller and lover of mountains, Tom was born and lives in France. He teaches English and PSHEE, and is Head of Year 8.
