Teaching and Pastoral

Ben joined the school in September 2022 and was appointed to run Upper House, along with his wife Hannah, their toddler Cody and border collie Baloo. Alongside his Lodge commitments, Ben also teaches PE, Swimming, Art and French.  

Ben joined us from Kenya where he spent 16 years at Pembroke House as Director of Sport. He is a keen sportsman and enjoys running, swimming and hockey.  

Ben was born in Oxford, studying at the Dragon and then St. Edward’s, and is delighted to be returning home to become part of the Summer Fields community.
