James joined Summer Fields in April 2018. His early career was as an officer in the Duke of Wellington’s Regiment, this was followed by number of senior leadership roles in the Medical Device and Maintenance and Repair Operations industries.

James is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School. Once a keen Rugby player, he now coaches, and enjoys restoring and driving classic cars.
