School does not stop at weekends. Saturdays include a full morning of teaching, followed by games for all. Sundays are action packed too. In addition to trips offsite, there are likely to be opportunities for Art, DT, Climbing, Swimming and many more

Nutrition and a well-balanced diet are essential to the busy life boys lead at Summer Fields, and we devote a great deal of thought to ensuring that their needs are met.
At Summer Fields we are fortunate to have our own Chapel and a Lay Chaplain. Boys and staff attend Chapel services four times a week: there is a short service on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and a longer service on Sundays to which parents are warmly invited.
Every day starts at 7.25 with a hearty breakfast in the Dining Hall. Porridge, bacon and eggs, toast, hot chocolate and fruit juice are more than likely to be on offer.
Excellent provision is made for those who are unwell or who are injured at school. Hobson's Medical Centre is staffed 24 hours a day by our team of highly trained and qualified nurses.
One of Summer Fields' greatest strengths is our approach to boarding.
