Summer Fields is committed to safe recruiting of staff, and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
All those applying to work at Summer Fields undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post including checks with past employers and an enhanced CRB check.
All staff receive regular child protection training and the School has a detailed policy which is available on the Parent Information section of the website.
Summer Fields Head of Baorading, Chris Sparrow, is the School’s designated Child Protection Officer and the Deputy Headmaster, Andrew Bishop, is the second designated CPO.
