Summer Fields Sports Dinner Auction

DETAILS OF ALL AUCTION LOTS CAN BE FOUND IN THE BROCHURE BELOW

The Sports Dinner auction is now LIVE! The brochure below includes details of all live and silent auction lots. There are some truly amazing items and experiences on offer, so take a close look and get bidding! All proceeds will go to the Summer Fields Sports Scholarship fund, and bids will go to the highest bidder at the bid submitted.

Live Auction Lots

These will be auctioned at the Sports Dinner on Friday 8 June 2018. If you are not attending and would like a bid to be placed on your behalf, please email development@summerfields.com by midday on Friday 8 June stating your name, lot number and amount you wish to bid.

Silent Auction Lots

Bids for the silent auction must be placed online using the electronic form found here. Lots will go to the highest bidder at the bid submitted. The silent auction will close at 11pm on Monday 11 June 2018.

New lots added

Lot 26: A night's accommodation for two including supper (Monday - Thursday) at the Bull Inn Charlbury, www.bullinn-charlbury.com, kindly donated by Mr and Mrs Charles Crossley.

Lot 27: A framed photograph and boxing glove, personally signed by Frank Bruno, former WBC Heavyweight Boxing Champion, kindly donated by Mr and Mrs Charlie Pragnell.

Lot 28: A night's bed and breakfast accommodation for two at The Swan in Swinbrook, www.theswanswinbrook.co.uk, kindly donated by Mr and Mrs Archie Orr-Ewing.

Lot 29: An official British Cycling team jersey to be signed by Victoria Pendleton and Chris Hoy, with a personal message to the winner. Also includes a personally signed copy of their autobiographies, kindly donated by Mrs Victoria Palin

Lot 30: Two tickets to this year's British Grand Prix at Silverstone, during the weekend of 7 July 2018. Tickets include car parking, 3-day access and entrance to the after race concert each night. Tickets will sent to the winner during the last week of June, kindly donated by Mr Charlie Feather
